Art in the home

Here is a satisfied client's reaction to the experience of welcoming some of Marie's work into his home:

It is very different having original paintings in my home; there is a vibrancy and depth that is just not there with a reproduction.
The works have a real presence and they project their character into the space. It sounds odd, but I have developed a kind of personal relationship with them. They have a 'being-ness' greater than an inanimate object should have a kind of personality. I take great pleasure in introducing them to friends when they visit! It is difficult to explain, you just have to try it and find out for yourself.
